UGScan - 3D Scanner
UGScan is a 3D scanning application based on LiDAR technology, designed to scan various objects, floor plans, and landscapes quickly. It supports exporting scan results into commonly used data formats such as USDZ, Obj, Ply, STL, glTF, DXF, etc., assisting you in creating 3D content, CAD work, 3D printing, and interior design tasks. It is a professional scanning application dedicated to creating specialized 3D user-generated content (UGC).
UGScan includes four main scanning modes:
Object Mode: Suitable for small objects, furniture, artifacts, etc., supporting export to formats like USDZ, Obj, etc.
Radar Mode: Ideal for large-scale realistic scene scanning, capable of generating textured 3D models for modeling assistance and real scene preservation. Model scanning supports extended scanning, measurement, AR views, and rich post-processing functionalities.
Point Cloud Mode: Designed for capturing large-scale raw 3D point clouds, supporting export to formats like Obj, Ply, XYZ, CloudCompare (Bin), etc.
Floor Plan Mode: Intended for scanning entire house floor plans, usable as references for interior design, supporting export to formats like USDZ, DXF (2D/3D), etc.
The data export feature supports common point cloud and model formats, and through sharing functionality, users can export files in common 3D formats. Additionally, through cloud sharing, scan results can be shared with friends, and outstanding scan results can be browsed and shared within the sharing community.
The current version only supports devices equipped with LiDAR sensors, including iPhone 12 Pro, iPhone 12 Pro Max, iPhone 13 Pro, iPhone 13 Pro Max, iPhone 14 Pro, iPhone 14 Pro Max, iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max, and iPad Pro models released after 2020.
